Bat Matters 2020
The Bat Matters 2020 Conference has gone online!
The conference will provide a forum to learn about and discuss solutions that can address some of the challenges that bats face by developing Bat-friendly Communities. The virtual format includes eight video recordings presented by BC bat experts sharing their expertise and experience. Videos will be uploaded at the start of each week for conference registrants to view at your convenience. In addition, there will be two moderated 90-minute Webex discussions with guest panelists for you to join in. View the schedule for full details.
Your registration fee of only $25 provides you with access to all of the recordings (available through the conference and until November 15), and the two online discussions.
This virtual two-week conference will enable participants to share and learn from one another towards a common goal to promote the conservation of bats.
Hosted by the South Coast Bat Conservation Society, BC Community Bat Program, Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, and Burke Mountain Naturalists Society.
We look forward to your participation!
